@Jessgartner For the sake of comparison: over the same period (1970-today) that Education saw 0% change in spending as a percentage of GDP, Healthcare expenditures skyrocketed a whopping 169% from 6.9% to 18.3% of GDP-- and we still have shitty Healthcare!
